Neurophysiology of Sensory Systems
How does learning change our sensory experience? We are interested in how past experiences influence our perception of the world. We study the neural circuits and behaviors that allow animals to interact with and navigate their environment.
The Zak lab Is located in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Illinois Chicago.
We are also affiliated with the Department of Psychology, Laboratory of Integrative Neuroscience, and Graduate Program in Neuroscience.
